Job description

RattrayParkin is currently supporting the recruitment requirements of a rapidly growing organisation for a fully qualified Accountant to join its Finance function to assist them in a critical period in the business’ evolution. This role has been identified to focus on how the management accounting and reporting is delivered to all areas of the business. This will be achieved through improvement in the Finance processes and the quality of MI provided but also through improving the levels of communication as well as developing the Management Accounting team. In order to be considered for this role, you must have a full formal accountancy qualification, have previous experience of management accounting or a business partnering style role as well as having previous people management. It is also vital that you are driven, focused and personable. This role is initially a fixed term contract position but there is a high chance of a permanent role longer term for the right person.
