Job description
Our client a highly successful organisation located in East Sussex which due to continued expansion is seeking a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Head of Management Reporting Accountant. This role has a strong commercial influence and would suit someone that enjoys working across the business with extensive experience gained at a senior level. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: build and develop a Management Reporting team to business partner individual business units; provide high level cost and variance analysis; managing a team; manage the monthly management accounts production process; be proactive in challenging costs, budgets and forecasts; interaction with Executive Management team. The person: you will be qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with PQE, strong business partnering and high level reporting are prerequisites; essentially you will have excellent communication skills with previous team management experience; ideally you will have gained experience in a product, Financial Services, banking or retailing industry with strong commercial ability at a senior level. The salary and benefits: our client is offering an outstanding opportunity as well as base salary circa £75k plus car allowance, generous bonus and benefits.
