Job description
A Head of Reporting is required for an international FMCG Group, based in the Thames Valley area. This is a highly technical role, reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller. Key responsibilities will include: Group consolidation (annual and interim financial accounts; monthly management accounts; annual budget; monthly forecast); take ownership of the group consolidation system; lead the process to compile the annual statutory report & accounts; produce the interim report & accounts; develop and implement best practice for statutory and technical accounting; managing and mentoring a team. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong technical skills. You will have the ability to interact with and develop working relationships internally and externally. You will also have prior experience of financial reporting in an international Plc (IFRS).
