Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting a Head of Risk to work for a commercial, dynamic and forward-thinking company based in the Newport area. You will be working closely with the senior Management Board to create and maintain an appropriate and robust risk management strategy. The role will be acting as the main operational/day-to-day liaison in relation to the risk management framework, providing input at Senior Manager meetings in relation to risk and management frameworks, formulating, planning, implementing and maintaining an effective risk strategy and managing a team. Our client is looking for a tenured Risk Manager who has experience of working within a highly regulated environment. You must be self-driven, results orientated person who is able make key and critical business decisions whilst working well within a team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading company within South Wales with real opportunities. Salary & benefits: the salary range is £45-£55,000 depending upon experience.
