Job description
Our client is a dynamic and diverse American owned Manufacturing company with a reputation for excellence and innovation have an opening for a Hungarian speaking Financial Accountant. The position is responsible for month end and period-end reporting on all activity for the Hungarian subsidiary. Including: financial accounting processes at period end; balance sheet review and P&L notes; reconciliation of general ledger accounts; liaising with the Accounts team based on site in Hungary; budgeting. The US parent company demands a very quick turnaround at month end and period end and therefore needs an individual who can ensure systems and procedures are in place for the reporting. The successful candidate will need: to be CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with strong financial and statutory accounts skills; previous experience of US GAAP or Shared Service Centre experience. SAP experience or similar ERP system an advantage. Fluency in Hungarian is essential. Please contact Toby Briant for a confidential discussion.
