Job description
Our client based near Salisbury is seeking to recruit on an interim basis, for a period of at least 12 months, an Assistant Implementation Accountant, who will work with the Head of Accounting Services to construct the Financial Accounting Services and Payroll structure for a newly formed body. This role will require the individual to assist in seeking out and bringing together all financial accounting, treasury management, and payroll requirements for the existing organisations and departments into one service arena to deliver the service requirement for the new body. The successful candidate will need to clearly demonstrate the following skills and attributes: some form of accountancy qualification, to at least AAT level; experience of working in a financial accounting or payroll accounting analysis role; analytical skills and objectivity; high level of skills on Excel; ability to prioritise and handle pressure, working to tight deadlines; ability to travel to other sites across the UK; flexible attitude; Hyperion an advantage.
