Job description
Based within the Financial Operations team, this is an exciting role with the potential for a permanent contract. Reporting to the Financial Services Accountant, you will be responsible for a small team who complete daily administration of financial systems and operations including sales ledger accounting and debtor accounts, sales invoices, direct debit forms, collection of direct debits, cash book maintenance, credit control, set up of new and old accounts and file imports and exports. Responsibilities include: assist in the implementation of new systems and system developments; manage development, documentation and implementation of administrative procedures to support processing; resolve external and internal; liaise with internal and external audit as necessary; deputise for the Financial Controller or Head of Department as required. Ideally, AAT qualified (or equivalent), you will have excellent sales ledger management experience along with experience of managing a team within an accountancy environment.
