Our Residential Care Services division intends to double the size of its business over five years, develop dementia care market leadership and more efficient operating models to improve performance in all areas.
To help us achieve this we are recruiting for an Income Manager to assume overall responsibility for income management and to oversee the activity of the Finance Operations team to ensure robust financial procedures and a strong control environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and achieving targets and deliverables for all Finance Operations team activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all invoicing reflects contractual terms, developing business processes and procedures, developing systems capabilities and producing KPI and performance reports on key Financial Operations team activities.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience of the billing cycle, be experienced in managing ideally Billing and Credit Control teams and be an excellent communicator, with the ability to encourage and develop team members, as well as building and winning respect from external stakeholders. The successful candidate will ideally be experienced in the review and development of financial control environments and the development of policies and procedures. An analytical, solution focused approach is necessary and the successful candidate will have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement with high attention to detail and will be highly motivated at all times.
This role will be based in Colchester, Essex; however, there will be additional travel from time to time.
