Job description

This renowned Corporate Recovery and Restructuring Practice has grown organically and by acquisition in recent years and is now looking to appoint an ambitious JIEB qualified Insolvency professional as part of its long-term succession plan within its Northwest business. Joining the practice at Director level you will be actively involved in the running of the Northwest operation, leading the delivery of insolvency and recovery solutions to SMEs and mid-sized corporates and playing a key role in developing the firms profile within the legal, accountancy and funding business communities across the Northwest region. As you progress towards the role of Lead Director within the firm's Corporate Insolvency & Recovery team you will focus more time on building and maintaining relationships with new and existing introducers which will continue to generate work, whilst ensuring insolvency cases are handled efficiently and in accordance with the firms best practices at all times. This unique opportunity will enable you to combine your corporate insolvency and relationship building experience and position you ultimately as one of the leaders within a reputable growing national practice. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package in keeping with your status within the business; however your longer term earnings and rewards will be much more significant as ultimately equity within the practice is attainable. Ideally you will be JIEB qualified and will have gained experience within an independent insolvency & recovery practice. You may have trained within a top/mid-tier firm before progressing your career within an independent practice. You will already be at Senior Manager or Director level in your current firm and will have recently started taking appointments or at least be ready to.
