Job description
The Life Insurance division of a Financial Services Group based in Luxembourg is seeking a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Accountant for the Finance Transformation Programme (FTP) for a 5 month contract paying £500 per day. This role will work with the existing Line Accountants and review their processes and look at ways of improving them. Also as other parts of the FTP identify issues with existing processes, period reporting and interfaces, you will work with the Line Accountants to introduce new, improved, processes to address these issues. You will be an experienced Insurance Accountant (qualified or equivalent) who will be able to quickly understand the necessary accounting processes for an Insurance company. You will be able to work with Accountants, of differing experience, in line roles to understand what they currently do and guide and instruct them in how to improve what they do.
