Job description
My client is a leading Venture Capital firm based in the West End which is currently recruiting for an interim Financial Controller to come on board for a period likely to last one year paying £350pd or FTC equivalent. Responsibilities are split between the Management Company and Fund side and include: preparation of annual budget; preparation of quarterly management accounts versus budget for presentation to Partners; cash management including weekly cash requirement analysis; preparation of monthly cash flow across all management and advisory entities; working with and providing supervisory support to Fund Accountant in preparing and reviewing quarterly Fund accounts; preparation/review of year end Fund financials; dealing with fund structuring issues and reconciliations; reviewing calculations for cash distributions to investors.
