Job description
A FTSE 100 Asset Manager with offices all around the world has created an Internal Audit role in Aberdeen. This firm offers endless opportunity internally and has a track record of promotion from within. This role will cover EMEA and is an opportunity to be exposed to every arm of a truly global Investment Manager. This role will encompass auditing the whole business, from the front, middle and back office to marketing and finance to the outsourced Support functions. The company has a particularly flat structure, working within an Internal Audit function of 15, every member of the team has similar exposure and access to Senior Business Heads and Fund Managers. Audits will take place throughout EMEA, but the main offices are in London, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Frankfurt, travel will be circa 20%. The ideal candidate will be working in internal audit or external audit with proven exposure to an asset management environment. We will also consider applications from candidates with a compliance or risk background if they have strong asset management experience.
