Job description
This is a stand-alone role working with one of the largest divisions (circa£900m turnover) of a global group where the main purpose of the role is to manage the audit process for UK locations and to ensure the consistency and quality of the internal audit process across the group. From initial planning and review you will communicate findings with Local Management teams and complete follow-up audits to ensure agreed actions have been taken and recommended procedures have been implemented. This is not a role for a life long Auditor as the business has a demonstrable track record for early promotion into financial management elsewhere within the group of businesses after about 2 years. This is an excellent fast track introduction into a successful international FTSE-40 group. The outstanding remuneration package reflects the expected calibre of the appointee. Ideally qualified with demonstrable and extensive audit knowledge the candidate's ambitions must reflect the medium term scope of the role to become an Operational Financial Controller within the next 5 years.
