Job description
Our client is clearly established as a dominant force within its market place on a global scale. Continued expansion has created the need to appoint a qualified Internal Auditor (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent into its Audit team located in Surrey. This would suit an Auditor looking to gain exposure within a large corporation with the long-term opportunity of moving into central finance. It is offering an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys international travel. Excellent opportunity exists for someone wishing to truly understand the operations of a business in line with the financials of a large organisation with the genuine support to further their career within the mainstream Finance team at a later date. Key areas of audit responsibility will include report writing, implementing and monitoring internal new controls and working with all areas of the business up to Senior Director Level. This position will provide exposure to specialist areas on an ad hoc basis including fraud investigations, mergers and acquisitions support. You will have excellent communication and persuasive skills. Essentially you will be qualified (ACA/ACCA) Accountant/Auditor with experience gained in an audit environment preferably in a Top 10 firm. Not essential but the ability to speak Spanish would be of definite interest. This is an ideal platform for someone wishing to progress their finance career in a supporting company offering an initial salary up to £43,000 dependent on experience plus bonus and benefits.
