Job description
A great opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a global Fashion & Wholesale business that is a household name. Based at the company Headquarters and as part of a dynamic team. We are looking for a bright, part-qualified candidate support the business in a broad/pivotal role. Working in a Commercial team of four & reporting to the Commercial FC, you will have a broad range of duties. Day-to-day activities will include: sales & order reporting Assisting the Business Analysts with seasonal reviews; preparation of full sets of management accounts including (P&L, balance sheets); preparation of analysis schedules; reconciliations of control accounts; preparation of cost centre reports including challenging business heads; liaising with the marketing department to challenge/review spend vs budget; assisting with budgeting & forecasting; input of results in to SAP and Hyperion; ad hoc projects. You are a part-qualified Accountant with first rate communication skills and the ability to challenge and advise business leaders. You are an ambitious individual with a brad range of skills, preferably within a business producing and distributing physical products. You preferable have experience with SAP and Hyperion system and have an advanced level of MS Excel.
