Job description
An International Graduate Finance Trainee is required to work within this established business. This is a unique and exciting position for a career minded finance professional seeking an international challenge with the freedom to work in various European locations. As part of a training programme, this role will include colleagues based in various European locations. It reports initially to the UK Industrial FD whilst under the guidance of the Group-wide training organisation. The candidate will have: a 2:1 or 1st degree; also have at least one foreign language in French or German-spoken and written; excellent communication skills; analytical, logical thinking, and excellent numerical skills; IT skills (particularly Excel); experience within a finance department. Applicants should also be studying towards the CIMA qualification and preferably at the managerial level or the equivalent. This international business is seeking a new member join their team. The initial trainee program will be over a 2-year period where the successful candidate will be required to work in different areas of the company throughout Europe. During training they envisage two 6-month assignments overseas, possibly working in France and Germany. At the end of the training the successful candidate will, with their agreement, be placed in a position within the Finance function at any of our locations. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
