Job description
This is a truly international company with over 100 offices globally and operations across the globe. This business services group supports the travel industry and is listed on the FTSE 250 and headquartered in the UK. This exciting position sits within the Internal Audit group in London. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit you will be responsible working closely with the international operations and senior management both in the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for the review of group controls and risks whilst making recommendations to improve processes and improvements. You will be expected to take a full part within exciting projects as set by senior management including acquisition integration and due diligence. Skills: you will be qualified (ACA, CIMA, ICAEW, ACCA or equivalent) with qualified experience within Audit; strong awareness of business risks control procedures and strong technical reporting knowledge; good systems knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management; ability to travel extensively to the USA and in the UK (up to 50% travel); background in manufacturing or business services would be a bonus.
