Job description
AM Finance is currently recruiting for a fantastic & unique opportunity within a leading Corporate Publishing firm with offices worldwide. Based primarily at its head office in Central London, you'll be a valued member of the Project team responsible for the implementation of the new forecasting & budgeting system using SAP BPC (previously known as OUTLOOK SOFT). Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, your position will be split into three core areas: documentation – assisting in the production of the process manual for business users; migration – assist with the role-out of the project & migration of the new system; support – once implemented & live, you will be a key member of the Support team assisting with problems & training the business users as well as a newly implemented Support team. The ideal candidate will come from management accounting background & ideally have a strong aptitude for systems as well as having experience in rolling-out system implementations & updates. Strong communication skills will be must, as this will be a business fronting position, dealing with finance & non-financial employees. The position will also involve travelling to various international sites, although this will be a small part of the role in the first year, with more greater flexibility required in the second year. We are looking at this position as either a long-term contract going to permanent or straight permanent. If have the required skill-set then please forward your CV ASAP.
