Job description

My client, a world-famous Media company, is looking to recruit an International Sarbanes-Oxley Manager on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role is based in Central London and is envisaged as starting as soon as possible on a daily rate, with a view to becoming permanent in the near future in the £50k-£55k salary range. Key responsibilities of the International Sarbanes-Oxley Manager will include: combined management of business cycle and IT controls; ensuring appropriate controls for new and existing processes; reviewing and updating documentation; assisting International Sarbanes-Oxley Director with ad hoc projects; small amount of travel (5-10% of your time). Notes to applicants: applicants must be ACA/CA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 accountancy Practice; this role is best suited to somebody taking their step out of Practice; tier 5 visa applicants will be considered but looked upon less favourably; Sarbanes-Oxley experience is desirable but not essential.
