Job description
Our client, an Investment company with a specific interest in and a portfolio of exciting projects in TV, Film, Music and Entertainment, is seeking an intelligent and professional Investment Assistant to join its Investments team. Acting as the liaison between the Company's Finance team and its investors, the suitable candidate will be primarily responsible for the following: coordination of the operational process to wind-up and return funds to all investors; analysing and administer re-investment from above investors; liaising with deceased investors' estates and advisers; overseeing annual reporting and correspondence for new companies; liaising with producers, distributors and sales agents to enforce payments and recoupment; liaising with line producers, collating production data and reports; general ad hoc duties to provide business support. The ideal candidate will be of a graduate calibre with secondary level qualifications in either Management/Law/Accountancy. They will also be highly numerate with advanced Excel skills.
