Job description
A private equity firm based in London is recruiting a qualified Accountant to join them as an Investor Relations Manager. This role will take responsibility for preparing responses for investor queries, and supported by the Investor Relations Assistant, you will oversee all investor correspondence. You will also liaise with the Fund Administrators to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of responses to investor queries prepared. Responsibilities include: maintaining a thorough understanding of all investments and financial reports in order to be self sufficient in accessing relevant information to address investor queries; monitoring the investor relations share point site and ensuring it is kept up-to-date, this involves reviewing the records of the entire investor base including the writing up of briefing notes in respect of each investor; ensuring investor records within the internal CRM system are maintained accurately; assisting with the preparations for the annual investor meeting and the production of presentation material; taking a proactive role in implementing new initiatives. Candidate requirements: qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent); private equity experience would be an advantage; degree educated; strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must as this candidate will be expected to sit in all investor meetings.
