Job description
My client, a highly dynamic and profitable listed multinational, is looking for an invoicing Analyst to join its team. Experience in finance and accounting is a requirement for this role. Responsibilities include: miscellaneous and intercompany invoicing using bespoke applications; investigation and resolution of issues preventing miscellaneous despatches being invoiced; assistance with daily departmental administration requirements, eg audit checking, document distribution. Skills required include: successful track record in transactional environment; ability to provide direction to peers in completion of routine tasks; ability to maintain focus and accuracy when completing repetitive tasks; excellent attention to detail with requirement for consistent accuracy; willing to work flexibly with other team members to address changing demands on the team; ability to work fluently with a number of diverse applications (EPICS, PeopleSoft, MICS, Excel); clear communicator.
