Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounting, taxation and related activities of the Latin America businesses. The role will be varied and stimulating and will enable the person to gain a range of skills and experience in an environment that allows and encourages interaction with the consulting business. The role will report to the Head of Finance in the London office, but also have strong day-to-day working relationships with the International Finance Manager and Latin America Office Heads. The role will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Accountants employed in the region. Key responsibilities are: financial reporting for the Latin America region; operational assistance and support to the Consultants in relation to project reviews, business planning, cost management and cash flow; support the strategic growth and development. Requirements: qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA); fluent Spanish speaker, Portuguese would be advantageous; excellent communicator; strong and demonstrable leadership skills, coupled with the financial control and commercial acumen; strong internal control experience that has been applied to business improvements. Our client is an international Consultancy with great opportunities for career progression and offers £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus benefits package.
