Job description
You will be responsible for the management and development of a team of 15 with various levels of experience and will involve their day-to-day management, training and development. The role is looking for someone who is capable of ensuring the payment process for key suppliers is completed accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for monthly supplier statement reconciliations and also balance sheet reconciliations. This role also wants an individual who is analytical and can suggest improved procedures and policies, increase efficiencies of the team and also maintain and develop strong relationships with key suppliers. The ideal candidate will be progressive, with proven management experience. You will have a hands-on background within purchase ledger and ledger management and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of career development, leadership of teams and business process improvements. Strong interpersonal skills are also vital for this role. This is a superb opportunity to join an established company and really make a difference.
