Job description
Our client is a large international business with its head office based in Sheffield. Reporting to the FD this new role will work alongside the Credit Control team to analyse highly overdue and problem accounts and then manage the legal process. Supervising a team of 5 you will work closely with two Credit Managers to assess client relationships and issues and then liaising with the firms Solicitors you will coordinate timescales and analyse cost implications with the overall responsibility of pursuing legal action. This is a fast-paced, target driven environment so experience of a legal role within a commercial credit department is essential.
