Job description
You’ll be responsible for preparation of regional performance reporting targeted at the most senior level of management within the EMEA region, specifically: core reports; daily regional revenue flash; weekly, monthly and quarterly regional performance reports; weekly CFO presentation to the EMEA Executive Committee; weekly regional revenue forecast; reporting on the performance of the regional business to Tokyo head office finance. In addition to core reporting tasks the role has a significant change management and value-add focus: maintenance of the firm's internal management accounting structure; administration and maintenance of the regional budgeting system; assistance with month end processes as required. Requirements: experience in previous MI reporting role essential; prior Financial Services experience would be advantageous; CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent); experience in change management; the ability to add value and implement new processes; demonstrate technical competence, creativity and a strong analytical approach to problem solving; able to prioritise workload and operate under pressure, delivering high quality information at short notice without compromising accuracy; capable of building successful relationships with client groups, including internal finance and senior infrastructure support management plus front office business management; able to absorb information/listen/negotiate/influence and feedback appropriately.
