Job description
Our client, one of the UK’s leading specialist organisations within their field, is currently recruiting for a qualified Management Accountant in a key role within the Bournemouth Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance and with responsibility for one direct and three indirect members of staff, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts, managing all income activities and taking a lead on financial systems development, working with the IT team to integrate other systems into finance. Additionally, you will hold meetings with Managers on a monthly basis to monitor and discuss budgets and agree action plans if necessary, whilst providing on ongoing business support service to budget holders. Either CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, you will need to be fully conversant with accounting regulations and be able to demonstrate a track record of completing management accounts to strict deadlines.
