Job description
Communicate is currently recruiting on behalf of an international Media organisation based in Central London servicing leading brands in the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Commercial Controller, the immediate priorities for the role will be: working with the FC to produce monthly management accounts, including carrying out a monthly work in progress review on all jobs; monitor costs against budgets and produce variance analysis; work with all personnel to ensure that financial controls are being followed at all stages and time costs are up-to-date; produce regular time and profitability reports for clients and departments, flagging issues to the FC as required & liaise with account management to ensure that clients are invoiced promptly for all jobs. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with post qualified experience (the client has a preference for CIMA but other profiles will be considered) and will be ambitious and a self-starter, able to manage your own time and workload. Candidates must come from a ‘big company’ background and have experience of working in a complex, multinational environment. Ideally candidates will have some experience within the Media sector and will be available on short notice.
