Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant within a leading blue chip company located in Essex. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful individual will focus on both management accounting and financial reporting, combining margin analysis, forecasting, cost control and process improvements. You will be a CCAB or CIMA qualified Accountant, covering all aspects of accounting and reporting relating to designated operational area, combining the financial reporting and analysis of the respective business area. This is a fast-paced environment, therefore you will be required to work to very tight deadlines to ensure business requirements are continuously achieved. Some key responsibilities include: produce management accounts for the designated operational area; ensure routine accounting/reporting functions are maintained; provide detailed and transparent reconciliations; prepare primary data support to the Financial Analyst, inc budgets, forecast. This role will suit a qualified Accountant seeking a challenging position within a global business, a stepping stone to a successful career.
