Our client, an organisation with an excellent reputation in its sector, is currently recruiting a Management Accountant to take on a new role in its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant with management accounting, budgeting and staff management experience to take on a key role within a business which continues to invest heavily in site and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of preparing management accounts, budget forecasting and planning, project or product costing, developing reports, managing and motivating staff and a commitment to continual improvement. You will be an excellent communicator with good project management skills and will be responsible for providing finance advice and support to non-Finance Managers across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Accountant in an environment where internal promotion is actively encouraged.
