Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently assisting our client with the recruitment of a qualified Management Accountant in East Anglia. Reporting to the FD, the successful applicant will be the lead financial contact on site. Responsibilities include all monthly management accounting, profit and cash forecasts, budgeting, variance analysis and system/procedure development. CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with prior manufacturing experience is an advantage, as is demonstration of using your own initiative and deadline management. Communication to finance and non-finance personnel is required, so confidence and experience with working with a range of individuals is also a prerequisite.
