Job description

Ambridge Harris Associates is working in partnership with a business based in the Gloucestershire area, which is looking for a Management Accountant. Within this role you will be required to support the FP&A Manager in the MI reporting and analysis requirements for the company. You will also be required to review and improve the accuracy of forecasting the financial data on an ongoing basis. Main duties within this role will include: preparing monthly management information packs; preparation of annual budgets; detailed analysis of variance reporting; financial analysis and modelling on projects; MIS modelling; production of ad hoc MIS reporting as and when required; preparing product and customer profitability reports. Thus you will need to be at Finalist/qualified level or with equivalent experience and have MIS reporting experience. You will also need hands-on financial accounting experience along with excellent communication skills. This role will require you to have an inquisitive, analytical approach coupled with troubleshooting flair.
