Job description
Key responsibilities: play an active role in the Latest Forecasts and Annual Business Plan for the manufacturing operation; development and management of monthly Manufacturing Statements to support Operations, together with commentary on production utilisation/efficiencies on: Materials, Direct Labour, Indirect Labour; responsible for collation of data and presentation of product costs: latest estimates, annual budget; support development of DB1 analysis; constant development of existing tools and processes to enable efficient support to the business; review inventory of raw materials/finished goods on a regular basis; responsible for ensuring the preparation of day-to-day management/production reporting, analysis/trend work covering such areas as production inventory/labour using SAP/Excel; management of costing existing and new products; appraisal of new product developments; ensure SAP master data is continually updated and accurate; monitoring procedures used for stock valuations and material pricing; provide capital investment appraisal.
