Job description
My client based on the East/West Riding border and commutable from the Hull Leeds M62 Corridor are a well known and respected Food Process and Manufacturing company. Following recent promotion my client is wishing to recruit a high calibre Site Management Accountant to be based at their site on the outskirts of Knottingley. Reporting to the Site Financial Controller you will prepare weekly site accounts, taking responsibility for the P&L, budgeting, forecasting as well as providing accurate production of costing schedules for new and existing product lines. You will assist the Financial Controller at month end in analysing variances between actuals and profit forecasts as well as providing detailed analysis of weekly and monthly production figures to non-finance staff. You will further have responsibility for all site Cap ex and be pivotal in providing detailed management information labour, wastage and by product variances. This is an extraordinary opportunity for career development as this role is highly visible at senior management level. You will be Finalist/qualified CIMA/ACCA ideally with a strong manufacturing or process background. Highly numerate you will possess a determination and will to succeed in this forward-thinking organisation. My client will be conducting interviews wk/c 6th and 13th February 2012.
