Job description
A Management Accountant is required for a successful, growing Retail Group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established company who excels at promoting and developing people internally. Working for the UK Accounts function of a fast-paced, modern organisation, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a small team of AAT studiers. Previous supervisory experience is not essential as long as you have the confidence to step up to the position as full training in this area will be given. You will also be responsible for producing full sets of management accounts and financial accounts. You will be a key member of the company's finance function and will be fully involved with process improvement and development. With the business continuing to grow, there is much opportunity to develop a long-term career in the business. This role will suit a CIMA/ACCA Finalist or qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant or similar. Experience of working in a Management Accountant or Financial Accountant role is essential.
