Job description
Our client, part of a market-leading group is looking to recruit an ambitious and out going qualified Management Accountant to work in this newly created business-partnering role. Applicants will need to have the ability to work and thrive in a changing and evolving business, rather than an established static environment. You will assist in the development of management reporting within the business and drive the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes. Additional responsibilities include: providing analysis of financial variances to plan, establish a robust month end procedure that satisfies both local and group reporting requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, liaise with overseas contacts and Finance teams to ensure consistency of reporting and deliver consolidated global reporting for the division. You will have a proven ability of producing monthly management accounts to strict group deadlines and be able to work on your own initiative. Good IT and communication skills are also a prerequisite.
