Job description
A £15m t/o West Yorkshire Manufacturing company is keen to appoint a Management Accountant into a newly created role. This is a wide and varied role within a traditional manufacturing environment, duties will include: projects; looking at improving current processes and procedures Implementation of new ERP system, including choosing the system, specking the system and running the installation of the system from an accounting and reporting perspective; full responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts; recruitment and management of the Finance team; ad hoc projects as the business dictates. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant, with a manufacturing background, looking for the next stage in their career. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, strong manufacturing accounting skills, including costings. It is an excellent opportunity for progression within the role and within the group, as you will be working for an entrepreneurial MD.
