Job description
We are looking to support our client with the appointment of a qualified Management Accountant to join its UK head office. The business is a highly successful, global enterprise within the Manufacturing and Distribution sector. Following a recent departmental review, a newly created position of Management Accountant has become available to assist the UK Controller. You will be responsible for producing the key monthly management information and financial reporting, performing detailed variance, pricing, and costing analysis. Alongside this, you will be expected to improve current financial systems and processes, scrutinising current financial control mechanisms and striving to improve overall efficiencies. You will also look to identify & resolve weaknesses ahead of the site audit. The role will suit a proactive, experienced Management Accountant, having ideally qualified from within a large, global entity. Liaising with Managers across the business will require a confident individual, with first-rate communication skills.
