Job description
Our very successful Manufacturing client in the Weymouth area is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to assist the FC with immediate effect. Key duties are: preparation of monthly management accounts; develop and implement a quarterly cash flow forecast; develop and implement a financial forecasting model; develop and implement daily/weekly job cost and profitability reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in manufacturing, strong costing experience, good systems and IT skills. You will, on occasion, be required to mentor and motivate a small team, so staff management experience is essential, as is a real ability to work closely with the FC and the team. It is anticipated that this role will last for 3-6 months, but there is the opportunity for a permanent post for the right candidate.
