Job description
Our client is a dynamic Hedge Fund/Asset Managers and is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join the Finance team. The position will manage two junior staff and the main function of the role is to provide the analysis and management information for a number of entities based in the UK and overseas. Key responsibilities: providing management support for team members and ensuring that they meet their goals and objectives; analysing various accounts under your responsibility to identify significant events, relevant trends and potential errors; reporting on investments, trades, cash flows and other transactional information; providing management with key financial reports and supporting the ongoing development of performance reporting and controls management. Candidate requirements: qualified CIMA/ACCA; staff management; solid all-round Management Accounting experience; experience gained in financial institutions (ie Banking, Asset Man/Hedge Funds etc).
