Job description
A leading international Professional Services firm is looking to expand its UK Consulting Arm with the recruitment of several high calibre commercially focussed qualified Accountants. Working in either the Birmingham or Manchester office the role will involve supporting and advising on a range of transactions on behalf of some very high profile clients both in the UK and overseas. This advisory work will primarily be in the areas of M&A, due diligence, bid evaluation, PFI/PPP and other corporate finance matters. The range of industries too will be diverse though energy, transport and infrastructure are expected to be a growth area. To be considered, you will have ideally trained and qualified within a large Practice firm with experience in transaction services/corporate finance division a distinct advantage. Additionally excellent modelling and up-to-date technical accounting skills are also highly desired. Finally as you would expect excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
