Job description
This is a role created through expansion within an established team of twenty. Responsibilities will transcend project finance, restructuring, debt advisory, mergers and acquisitions, modelling and both operational and commercial due diligence. Deals are typically in the £25-250million range, and whilst the majority will be North West based there is the expectation that some travel to London will be required. The successful candidate should meet the following criteria: recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA); strong previous experience within a Transaction Services team in a Top 10 firm. Our client is a global leading professional services firm. The Transaction Services team has an excellent reputation in both regional and national markets. On offer will be a competitive package reflective of previous experience. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
