An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced high volume Media Accounts Payable Officer to join our client, a large multinational media company based in West London. Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant role will include: assist AP Manager in ensuring large volumes of payments across a number of territories are made in accordance to contractual terms; prioritise urgent payments in alliance to company policies; record and pay invoices across multi currencies; process up to and over 100 invoices on a daily basis. The ideal Accounts Payable Assistant will possess the following attributes/skills: previous experience working within a high volume environment; previous media experience and understanding of royalty payments; experience of working in a multi-currency environment.
