Job description
A Central London based PR company is currently recruiting for an experienced Billings Analyst to join its sociable and friendly team on a permanent basis. This vacancy is based in a well known and fun PR company with a great working environment. The position itself will be based on calculating billings and creating invoices in Maconomy, keeping the work in progress journal up-to-date and ensure that all payments are received promptly. Candidates for this position must have a stable background in billings (ideally media billings) and ideally will be a university graduate (not essential). Ideally, you will also have previous experience of using Maconomy or another media specific system and a good standard of Excel. If you have an outgoing and lively personality and are looking for a new billings role which will give you project exposure and a new challenge this is an excellent opportunity.
