Job description
A large Media company based in Central London is urgently recruiting for a Trainee Management Accountant to join its team on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis. The key responsibilities in this role will include: maintaining and posting to both the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers; weekly bank reconciliations; cash flow forecasting and maintaining daily cash balances; maintaining the fixed asset register; posting accruals and prepayments; general ledger coding; assisting the FC in other duties as required. The successful candidate for this position must come from an all-round accounts Assistant position within a media company - ideally advertising. You must be able to show that you are fully competent in all areas of accounts payable and receivable and must have a good level of Excel (including v look ups and pivot tables).
