Job description
A large PR and Advertising company located in Central London is currently looking to recruit a Media Payables Clerk to join their large, sociable team. The key responsibilities in this position include: matching, batching and coding invoices into DDS; preparing payment runs; processing staff expenses; liaising with suppliers to resolve outstanding queries; assisting with close of the ledger for month end; monthly reporting where appropriate. The successful candidate for this role should be switched on, friendly and sociable with a strong work ethic. The team enjoys socialising outside of work but maintain a busy and professional atmosphere whilst in the office.
