Job description

A global, market leading Electronic Developer and Manufacturing company is seeking a European Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to join their new. Responsible for the provision of comprehensive M&A support including due diligence, process planning and KPI reporting for the expanding new division; you will support individual country/territory business units across Europe. Key responsibilities: collate and monitor post-acquisition KPI reporting to ensure delivery of planned ROI and to identify at an early stage requirements for corrective action for divergence from plan; supporting the acquisition planning process including timing and financial resource requirements; coordinate requests for information to be required for pre-acquisition evaluation from identified targets in collaboration with country/territory business units; development of the pre-acquisition valuation model to be used and preparing the initial valuation calculations for acquisition targets to deliver the required corporate ROI; supporting the preparation of post-acquisition planning in accordance with the corporate template; collecting required data to support management to create the strategic document for internal approval by European top management and corporate top management; collecting and collating post-acquisition KPI reporting information and comparing to plan; periodically analysing KPI of all direct sales operations in Europe to create the executive summary report on European Document Direct Sales. The successful candidate must be a qualified Accountant, IT literate with use of Excel, You must be an excellent communicator and a team player with the ability to work on multiple projects, willing to develop knowledge of document direct business model and the ability to travel and work in Europe for periods of up to 2 weeks.
