Job description
Our NHS Foundation Trust Partner is seeking an experienced Analyst to work with the unscheduled care divisions. The post-holder will work with operational and clinical divisional staff providing accurate and meaningful management information. In addition, the Analyst will work closely with Divisional Finance Lead providing business improvement analysis input to various projects. The candidate will work closely with the Divisional Management team on all aspects of performance management, ongoing monitoring of performance against targets, identifying areas and reasons for under-performance, and supporting the production of recovery plans. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of unscheduled care services, and will have a proven track record of analysing complex clinical information and providing specialist information advice. The candidate will be flexible in their approach, and will recognise the need to operate effectively at various levels of complexity and seniority.
