Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified ACA within a leading Assets Management business working within its Real Estate Investment team. The business has substantial assets under management across office space, shopping centres and hotels globally. This is a very exciting opening to work with an admired and hugely well-known Investment Manager and would suit a qualified Accountant straight from a 'Big 4' or Top 10 private Practice, ideally with first time passes. Primarily you will be responsible for managing the information coming from the businesses European Real Estate Funds and is a very broad position including aspects of Financial Reporting, Management Reporting and Asset Management Support. You will be responsible for consolidating reporting packs for a number of European offices, assisting in the preparation of the year end audited financial statement (UKGAAP) for three large Real Estate Funds and managing the quarterly valuations exercise across all investments. You will produce monthly information for UK Senior Management team presenting on Key Performance Indicators for the Property Funds. You will prepare regular reports for senior stakeholders within head office and for annual limited partner meetings. To successfully apply for this role you will ideally be a qualified ACA from 'Big 4' or Top 10 Private Practice and be looking to move into the Investment Management sector. You will need to be a team player, have the ability to focus and work to tight deadlines and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will need to have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite including advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
