Newly Qualified Accountant, Hertfordshire £40,000 + Benefits. Permanent. Our client, an international leader in its field, is looking for a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their developing and highly competitive team. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career potential. Key responsibilities: support the Financial Controller and senior management team; assisting the team with month end reporting ensuring key deadlines are met; completion of balance sheet reconciliations; liaising with internal and external auditors; assisting with the preparation of three/five year strategic plan. Candidates must be ACA or ACCA qualified looking for their first or second move out of practice, or ideally with some familiarity working within a large corporate multinational. They will be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence those around them.
